As you move to the outside corners, go back and fill in the gaps to create a glossy, full lip. Apply it directly with wand or blot with your finger for a more subtle, stain effect.

3 HOW TO GET KISS-PROOF: For perfect application, start in the center of your bottom lip, making your way to the outer edges. The color and shape shouldn't cover the whole lip yet. Then, do the same with your top lip. As the last step, using your finger, lightly smudge the color so that it fully covers (and you have your desired shape). If you still need to smooth things out, a simple flat-lined makeup brush or q-tip (dipped in makeup remover) will do.
